What do they require of me to rent a vehicle?
- Be an adult over 21 years of age.
- Valid Citizenship Card or Passport.
- Valid Driving License (National or Foreign).
- Credit Card as guarantee/deposit of the Rental Contract: Credit card (except Dinners Club, Exito and Falabella and virtual or prepaid cards. Credit cards with variable CVV are not allowed) with an available space of $2,600,000 pesos for rental of Automobiles or $3,900,000 pesos for Campers, Vans and Trucks.

Payment for your vehicle rental can be made by Credit Card (Diners, Exito or Falabella are not accepted),
Important to keep in mind:
Guarantee/Deposit amount taken from the credit card: The credit card amount is to guarantee the guarantee, this amount will remain frozen during the vehicle rental time. At the end of the service, the unlocking of the quota is requested from the corresponding franchise, which has a delay of 1 week. Subsequently, the process takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the banking entity.
Credit cards NOT accepted for payment at the agency or creation of deposit : The rental company does NOT accept prepaid cards, virtual cards or any other type of card that does not have the numbers or embossed stamping for the creation of the guarantee. Own brand credit cards from any non-banking establishment, they are NOT accepted, unless they have global franchises such as VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Conditions and restrictions apply.
