• Rental Company: Only with Confort Rent a Car vehicles in Colombia.

• Offer Conditions: 10% Discount with Confort on a Hyundai Santafe, Kia Sorento 7P, or Mitsubishi Montero Sport, when picking up the vehicle in Bogotá or Medellín.

• Any modification to your original reservation may result in a rate change and/or void this offer.

• This offer has no monetary value and cannot be used with travel industry rates, insurance company rentals/dealer replacements, or combined with any other certificate, offer, or promotion.

• Driver, age, and credit qualification requirements for renting a vehicle, in effect at the time and place of rental, apply.

• Discount applies to the base rate, time and mileage only. The discount is valid in local currency only.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?

Must be over 25 years of age.

Valid Citizenship Card or Passport.

Valid Driver's License (National or International).

Credit Card as a guarantee/deposit for the Rental Agreement: Credit card with an available limit of $1,600,000 pesos for cars and $3,500,000 pesos for 5-seater SUVs or models such as Tracker, Carens, or Santa Fe, and $6,500,000 pesos for 7-seater SUVs or models such as Sorento. Two vouchers must be signed (Damage and Violations). Both vouchers will be returned as long as the vehicle is returned in the same original condition. A voucher will remain with the rental company for an additional 10 business days after the rental ends for possible violations. For deposit purposes (only), Colombian credit cards issued by Falabella or Alkosto are NOT accepted.

Payment Methods for paying the rental?

Your vehicle rental payment can be made in cash, debit, or credit card at the location upon picking up the vehicle.

Important to note!

Security Limit/Deposit taken from credit card: Colombian credit cards issued by Falabella or Alkosto are NOT accepted for deposit purposes. The credit card limit is used to secure the deposit; this amount will remain frozen for the duration of the vehicle rental. At the end of the service, the corresponding deductible will be requested to be released. This process takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank.

Credit Cards NOT accepted for payment at the location or for creating a deposit: The rental company does NOT accept prepaid, virtual, or any other type of card that does not have the numbers or embossing necessary to create the deposit. Credit cards from any non-bank establishment are NOT accepted, except for those with global franchises such as VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. Conditions and restrictions apply.
