• Any modification to your original reservation may result in a rate change and/or void this offer.
• This offer has no monetary value and cannot be used with travel industry rates, insurance company rentals/dealer replacements, or combined with any other certificate, offer, or promotion.
• Driver, age, and credit requirements for vehicle rentals apply, in effect at the time and place of rental.

Valid Citizen ID or Passport.
Valid Driver's License (National or Foreign).
Credit Card to validate the rental agreement's security deposit. This is formalized by signing two vouchers (damage and traffic tickets). For car and truck rentals, you must have an available balance of $2,000,000 pesos.
Payment methods for your rental?
Your vehicle rental payment can be made in cash, debit card, or credit card at the location when you pick up the vehicle.
Important to note:
Security Limit/Credit Card Deposit: The credit card limit is used to assess the security deposit. This amount will remain frozen for the duration of the vehicle rental. At the end of the service, the corresponding deductible will be released. This process takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on the bank.
Credit Cards NOT accepted for payment at the agency or deposit creation: The rental company does NOT accept prepaid, virtual, or any other type of card that does not have the numbers or embossing required to create a security deposit. Credit cards from any non-bank establishment are NOT accepted, except for those with global deductibles such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners. Conditions and restrictions apply. Please refer to the rental company's policies directly.
