• Any modification to your original reservation may result in a rate change and/or may void this offer.
• This offer has no monetary value and cannot be used with travel industry rates, insurance company rentals/dealer replacements or combined with any other certificate, offer or promotion.
• Driver, age and credit rating requirements for renting a vehicle in effect at the time and place of rental will apply.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?
- Be an adult over 21 years of age.
- Valid Citizenship Card or Passport.
- Valid Driver's License (National or Foreign).
- Credit Card as a guarantee/deposit for the Rental Contract: Credit card (except Dinners Club, Exito and Falabella, nor virtual or prepaid cards. Credit cards with variable CVV are not allowed) with an available limit of $2,600,000 pesos for car rentals or $3,900,000 pesos for SUVs, Pickups and Trucks.

Payment for your vehicle rental can be made by Credit Card (Diners, Exito or Falabella are not accepted),
Important to keep in mind:
Guarantee Quota/Deposit taken from the credit card: The credit card quota is to guarantee the guarantee, this amount will remain frozen during the rental period of the vehicle. At the end of the service, the quota release is requested from the corresponding franchise, which has a delay of 1 week. Afterwards, the process takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the bank.
Credit Cards NOT accepted for payment at the agency or for creating a deposit : The rental company does NOT accept prepaid cards, virtual cards or any other type of card that does not have the numbers or embossing to create the guarantee. Credit Cards from any non-banking establishment are NOT accepted, except those with global franchises such as VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Conditions and restrictions apply.
