• This offer has no monetary value and cannot be used with travel industry rates, insurance company rentals/dealer replacements, or combined with any other certificate, offer, or promotion.
• Driver, age, and credit rating requirements for renting a vehicle, in effect at the time and place of rental, apply.
• Discount applies to the basic time and mileage rate only. The discount applies in local currency only.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?
- Be an adult over 25 years of age.
- Valid Citizenship Card or Passport.
- Valid Driver's License (National or Foreign).
- Credit Card as a guarantee/deposit for the Rental Agreement: Credit card with an available limit of $1,600,000 for cars and $3,500,000 for 5-seater SUVs or models such as Tracker, Carens, or Santa Fe, and $6,500,000 for 7-seater SUVs or models such as Sorento. Two vouchers will be signed (Damage and Violations). Both vouchers will be returned as long as the vehicle is returned in the same initial condition. A voucher will remain with the rental company for an additional 10 business days after the rental ends for possible violations. For deposit purposes (only), Colombian credit cards issued by Falabella or Alkosto are NOT accepted.
Payment methods to pay rent?
Payment for your vehicle rental can be made in cash, debit , or credit card at the agency upon picking up the vehicle.
Important to keep in mind!
Credit Card Security Limit/Deposit: Colombian credit cards issued by Falabella or Alkosto are NOT accepted for deposit purposes. The credit card limit is used to secure the security deposit; this amount will remain frozen for the duration of the vehicle rental. Upon completion of the service, the corresponding deductible will be requested to be released. This process takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank.
Credit Cards NOT accepted for payment at the agency or for deposit creation : The rental company does NOT accept prepaid, virtual, or any other type of card that does not have the numbers or embossing necessary to create a guarantee. Credit cards from any non-bank establishment are NOT accepted, except for those with global franchises such as VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. Conditions and restrictions apply. Please refer to the rental company's policies directly.
